Ouroborus is an interactive art installation blending organic and digital elements to explore life, death, and renewal. At its center, a rustic, blood-stained animal skull decorated with moss and grass symbolizes nature’s cycle. The installation includes a heartbeat sensor connected to an Arduino, allowing viewers to place their hand on a designated spot, causing a flower to pulse in sync with their heartbeat. This technical interaction highlights the fragility and transience of life, as the skull represents death while the pulsing flower embodies life’s ongoing presence. Ouroborus invites viewers to engage with the concept of mortality, drawing them into a sensory experience that mirrors nature’s cycle and the fleeting essence of existence.
