Developed in March 2024, Interactive Jellyfish is an interactive JavaScript game where players control a jellyfish character in a water environment using Makey Makey hardware and water-filled controls. I served as the game designer and programmer in a two-person collaboration. The project involved designing interactive gameplay, programming with JavaScript, and integrating physical hardware for unique user input. The environment includes vector fields that cause underwater creatures, like plankton, to move away when the jellyfish gets too close. Players dip their fingers into water-filled cups connected to Makey Makey wires to control the jellyfish’s movements.
